Where does ICAN Cycling ship from?
We ship worldwide from our main warehouse in China, as well as local warehouses in the USA, Germany, United Kingdom, Japan, and Australia to ensure faster delivery and tax-free shipping in those regions.
Are your carbon frames and wheels UCI approved?
Yes, many of our high-performance carbon wheelsets and frames are UCI approved, meaning they meet the rigorous standards for professional competitive racing.
What kind of warranty do you offer on carbon products?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all carbon frames and wheelsets. This covers manufacturing defects and ensures your investment is protected during regular use.
Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT?
If you order from our local warehouses (US, EU, UK, etc.), taxes and duties are included in the price. For orders shipped from China, customers are responsible for import duties unless a 'Seller's Shipping Method' with prepaid taxes is selected.
What is your return policy for cycling components?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to receive a return authorization before shipping items back.
Can I customize the hub or spoke configuration on my wheelset?
Yes, we offer customization options for most wheelsets, including choices of DT Swiss or Novatec hubs and Sapim spokes. Please contact our sales team for a custom build quote.
